What to send us

The more specific, the more useful our reply will be. If you have any of the following, include them:

  • The city or authority, and which streets or facilities are in scope
  • Approximate bay count, and the split between on-street and off-street
  • The vehicle mix — particularly two-wheeler share
  • What is being charged today, and how it is collected
  • Whether a tender, concession or licence structure is already decided
  • Any tender, RFP or scope document, even in draft

If you would rather just ask a question about kerbside policy with no procurement attached, that is welcome too.
